It’s no secret that the town of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where American Idol is filmed, holds a special place in the hearts of the show’s fans. Because of the show’s visit to the city on Sunday, March 3rd, at 8 p.m., a significant piece of national news will be shared with the citizens of the city. According to the network, “American Idol” will broadcast video from the City on the Lake on Sunday, when the season finale of the show uncovers a “hidden treasure” in the United States during the season finale. American Idol crews in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, took footage of the talent show tryouts over the course of two days in October 2018 in preparation for a future episode of the show. Currently under development are two new hotels, along with an expansion of the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course, which will help to meet the increased demand for production space in the area. All of the hopeful musicians took the stage in front of American Idol judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan, hoping to win a golden ticket into the spotlight of Hollywood’s bright lights.
There were a lot of locations where people could audition for the reality television show “American Idol,” with Coeur d’Alene being one of them. The event, which took place in the city of Coeur d’Alene, was attended by approximately 70 people. As well as in New York City, Denver, Los Angeles, and Louisville, the American Idol judges were present in a number of other places as well.
Patrick Lynn, the producer of “American Idol,” claimed in an interview recorded in October that he liked Coeur d’Alene over other locations, such as Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, since it offered something a little different.
Patrick and I had not yet uncovered anything that we were interested in researching further, and as a result, we had decided to postpone our exploration. We were immediately struck by the thought, ‘How can you say no to Coeur d’Alene?’ the moment we stepped foot on the site and took in its beauty. The city of Coeur d’Alene made it nearly hard to turn down a request. For the record, we’ve never been to a place quite like this before, and Coeur d’Alene is a trip you won’t soon forget.
